Common questions about care pathways.

Quick answers on funding, billing, the Physio-Qi Method and where we work.

What is the difference between Support at Home and CHSP?
Support at Home and CHSP (Commonwealth Home Support Programme) are both Commonwealth-funded aged-care pathways. GC Integrative applies the same community rate to both — so providers and coordinators are not charged differently based on which scheme applies. We work with your coordinator to confirm which program you are registered under.
Can I use NDIS funding for physiotherapy with GC Integrative?
Yes. GC Integrative provides physiotherapy for eligible NDIS participants under Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living. Sessions, travel and documentation are managed in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits at the time of service.
Does GC Integrative bill the participant directly for funded services?
No. For Support at Home, CHSP and NDIS funded services, invoices are issued to the registered provider, coordinator or scheme. Participants and families do not pay GC Integrative directly for funded care.
What is the Physio-Qi Method?
The Physio-Qi Method is a physiotherapist-designed therapeutic movement system that integrates Western rehabilitation principles with Eastern qigong-informed movement through six structured stages: Release, Regulate, Pre-Pattern, Balance, Integrate and Empower. It is delivered as an evidence-informed adjunct within physiotherapy scope and does not replace medical or specialist care. Individual outcomes vary.
Which areas does GC Integrative service?
GC Integrative primarily serves North Gold Coast including Hope Island, Helensvale, Sanctuary Cove, Coomera, Oxenford, Upper Coomera and Pimpama. Extended and outer zones are available by individual review — use Find My Pathway to check your area.
