Clear pricing for GC Integrative’s funded and group-based physiotherapy across the North Gold Coast. Community aged care rates apply to both Support at Home and CHSP. For funded services, invoices are issued to the registered provider, coordinator or scheme — participants and families do not pay GC Integrative directly.

Community aged care.
One schedule for community aged care — the same rate whether the client is funded under Support at Home or CHSP. Travel and administration are built into the unit price (no separate line items). Clinical physiotherapy is GST-free.

A 90-minute assessment with a goal-based care plan and written summary. Additional clinical time beyond the scheduled session is billed in 15-minute increments, rounded up. After-hours, weekend and public-holiday loadings by prior agreement. Prices in AUD, effective June 2026, GST-free.

Facility group programs are flat monthly fees (4 or 8 × 60-minute sessions). Retirement-village, community and masterclass offerings are general and educational in nature and not a substitute for individual physiotherapy assessment.
Session time, charges & cancellations
- •Minimum visit & rounding. Each visit is scheduled for a minimum of one hour. Time beyond the scheduled session is billed in 15-minute increments, rounded up to the next interval.
- •Cancellations. Cancellations and rescheduling follow the rules of your funding program. Under NDIS short-notice provisions and most aged-care provider agreements, a cancellation or no-show with less than 2 clear business days’ notice may be charged at the full session rate to your plan or provider.
- •Funded billing. For Support at Home, CHSP and NDIS, invoices are issued to the registered provider, coordinator or scheme — participants and families do not pay GC Integrative directly. CHSP applies within National Unit Price Ranges (with client contributions); Support at Home is provider-funded with travel and administration built into the unit price.
- •GST & scope. Clinical physiotherapy delivered by AHPRA-registered physiotherapists is generally GST-free. Group and educational offerings are general in nature; GST treatment is confirmed with the practice accountant. Eastern-informed movement is used as an evidence-informed adjunct within physiotherapy scope, never as a stand-alone treatment.
- •Private / self-funded care. Private, self-funded physiotherapy is available by enquiry where the same need is not covered by Support at Home, CHSP, NDIS or DVA. Private · VIP care →
