Private VIP care is reviewed case-by-case. Every request is assessed for clinical suitability, serviceability, funding status and current capacity before confirmation, so the few we take on receive genuine, unhurried attention.

Common questions

Private care — answered.

What does 'by application' mean?
Every request is reviewed individually for clinical suitability, suburb serviceability, funding status and current capacity before any appointment is confirmed. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment.
Why might funded care apply before private care?
If your situation is already covered by Support at Home, CHSP, NDIS or DVA, you should not privately fund care your package already covers. We will guide you to the appropriate funded pathway first — it is always the right starting point.
What conditions does private in-home physiotherapy cover?
Private VIP care may address movement and mobility, balance confidence, falls-risk support, strength and functional conditioning, and breath and regulation — all assessed individually by Gary Chen, AHPRA-registered physiotherapist. No cure claims are made; care supports function and quality of life.
How quickly will I hear back after applying?
GC Integrative reviews each request personally and responds by email with an indicative private guide where the pathway is appropriate. Response times vary with current capacity.
Is private physiotherapy with GC Integrative evidence-based?
Yes. Gary Chen is an AHPRA-registered physiotherapist. All care is grounded in evidence-based physiotherapy practice. Eastern-informed techniques are used as evidence-informed adjuncts within physiotherapy scope, not as stand-alone treatments.
