Scope & safety. Physio-Qi is qigong-informed therapeutic movement designed and overseen by an AHPRA-registered physiotherapist. It is not traditional qigong and makes no claim to cure illness. Participants are safety-screened, and the program supports, and does not replace, medical care. If symptoms are severe or worsening, contact your GP or call 000.
Is this qigong or Tai Chi?
It’s qigong-informed therapeutic movement designed by a physiotherapist, blending slow movement, breath and balance with physiotherapy safety and screening.
Do I need to be fit or flexible?
No. Seated, supported and standing levels mean everyone is welcome, and we screen for safety first.
Can you run a class at our facility?
Yes, see Aged Care & Villages for trial classes and programs.
Will it cure my condition?
No, we make no cure claims. It supports movement, balance, breath and social participation.
What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable clothing and water; chairs are provided.
