One-to-One Integrative Physiotherapy

Unhurried, whole-person physiotherapy built around you — assessment, hands-on care where appropriate, graded movement, and a home plan you can actually follow.

When your body needs more than a quick fix.

One-to-one care suits people who want time, attention and a real plan, not a rushed, ten-minute appointment.

  • Persistent or recurring pain that limits daily life
  • Reduced mobility, stiffness or deconditioning
  • Recovering after injury, surgery or a long pause in activity
  • Low confidence with movement, or fear of “doing the wrong thing”
  • Stress-related physical tension and guarding

Your sessions

What a typical session looks like.

01

Assessment

Your story and goals, a movement and strength screen, and a safety (red-flag) check.

02

Whole-person plan

A plan that combines structure (movement, strength, load) with regulation (breath, pacing, awareness).

03

Active & hands-on care

Graded exercise and movement coaching, with manual therapy where it’s clinically appropriate.

04

Home plan & review

A written home plan and flare-up plan, re-assessment over time, and reporting to your GP where appropriate.

Scope & safety. One-to-one physiotherapy is delivered by an AHPRA-registered physiotherapist within professional scope. It supports, and does not replace, your GP, medical specialist, psychologist or emergency care. If symptoms are severe or worsening, contact your GP or call 000.

Common questions.

Do I need a referral to book?
No, you can book privately without a referral. If you have a GP referral or a care plan, bring it along; we’ll work with your wider care team where helpful.
Will there be hands-on treatment?
Sometimes. Manual therapy is used where it’s clinically appropriate and helpful, alongside active movement and coaching. The balance is always explained and chosen with you.
What should I bring or wear?
Comfortable clothing you can move in, any relevant scans or reports, and a list of your goals, the activities you most want to get back to.
Do you report back to my GP?
Where appropriate and with your consent, we provide an assessment summary, relevant outcome measures and progress updates to your GP or referrer.
Is it covered by funding?
Private fees apply, with private health rebates where eligible. Some people access care through Support at Home, CHSP, NDIS or other pathways. See Pricing for details.
