Assessment
Your story and goals, a movement and strength screen, and a safety (red-flag) check.
Whole-person plan
A plan that combines structure (movement, strength, load) with regulation (breath, pacing, awareness).
Active & hands-on care
Graded exercise and movement coaching, with manual therapy where it’s clinically appropriate.
Home plan & review
A written home plan and flare-up plan, re-assessment over time, and reporting to your GP where appropriate.
