Clear records.
Clear distinctions.
How our proposed reporting will distinguish participation, revenue and verified contributions.
What each measure means
Bookings and attendance
A booking reserves a place. Attendance records a person who joined a session. A person attending several dates represents several visits, and a multi-date checkout is not several unique people.
Revenue and transfers
Retained class fees exclude successful refunds. Future-session prepayments are kept separate from completed-session revenue. A proposed payment is not a completed contribution.
Unknown is not zero
Missing or unreviewed figures stay unpublished. A published zero requires the same complete records and review as any other number.
The contribution policy is being finalised.
The approved commitment will identify the included program income, effective date, cost and refund treatment, recipient, purpose and transfer schedule. Appeal-specific conditions must be resolved before the timetable is announced.
Privacy and permissions
Public reporting will use aggregate figures. Booking identities, contact details and original financial evidence belong in the protected operational system. Public receipts require a separately reviewed redacted copy; a hidden name or CSS overlay is not redaction.
External contributions
Any payment made directly to a charity belongs to that charity’s records. It is not part of GC Integrative’s class revenue or company contributions.
Corrections and older records
Reports will retain their dates and context. A stale record will not be described as live, and a correction will state what changed and when.
